Healthy Chocolate Chip Blondies

Hi Everyone,ย 

So, I have a new recipe on the blog for all my readers today Chocolate Chip Blondies!ย If you’re not familiar with the term blondies it is basically a non-chocolate version of a brownie, more vanilla based rather than cocoa.

Anyway in this recipe I will be showing you how I make a vegan recipe which I got from Chloe’s Foodie Cafeย .


What you’ll need

.5 Cup of Peanut/Almond Butter

1 can of Chickpeas

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup of Honey (If you want it vegan -swap for agave)

Chocolate of choice (Dark is preferable)

Pinch of Salt

What to doย 

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Then, blend all the ingredients except the chocolate until smooth.

Chop up and mix in the chocolate.

Add it into a greased bread tin.

Cook for 30 minutes

Let them cool.
